This site collects two categories of data:

Information you provide. If you submit your email address through a form on this site, we collect it to follow up with you about our services or to send you relevant updates. We do not use it for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed in section 3.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, Cloudflare (our hosting provider) automatically processes your IP address and standard browser signals as part of delivering the page. We do not receive or store your IP address - this processing occurs at Cloudflare's network layer and is not accessible to us. Additionally, this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers. Google may process your IP address as part of this request.

2. Legal basis for processing (EU & UK visitors)

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your data under the following legal bases:

Consent - your email address is collected on the basis of your consent when you submit a form on this site. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us (see section 7).

Legitimate interests - connection-level data is processed by Cloudflare on the basis of our legitimate interest in securely delivering this website. Google Fonts is loaded on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting the site as designed. Neither processing overrides your rights and freedoms.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the following sub-processors, each engaged solely to provide the services described:

Google LLC (United States) - email addresses submitted through this site are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, both of which run on Google's infrastructure. Google Fonts is also served from Google's CDN, which may process your IP address to deliver font files. For details see the Google Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - website hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare processes connection-level data as part of serving this site. For details see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any other party.

4. International data transfers

Both Google and Cloudflare are headquartered in the United States. If you are located in the EU or UK, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. These transfers are carried out under the service providers' standard contractual clauses and applicable data transfer mechanisms. By submitting a form on this site, you acknowledge this transfer.

5. Data retention

Email addresses collected through this site are retained for as long as we have an active business relationship or a legitimate reason to follow up. If you have not engaged with us within 24 months of providing your email, we will delete it. You may request deletion at any time - see section 7.

6. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
