A real person reads every message. Replies usually within 48 hours.

If something is not working in Primrose & Eve, or you have a question about how the app works, the fastest path is to email us at contact@quarteraisolutions.com. When you do, including your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app version (Settings → About → Version), and a short description of what you saw helps us reply in one round-trip instead of three.

Common questions

What is Today's Context?
The card at the top of your home screen. It is a short daily read on what your body may be doing today, based on your own history: your recent sleep, where you are in your cycle, and the patterns the app has found. It is generated entirely on your device, and it is context, never a score and never a prediction. In your first days it leans on your Apple Health history so it has something to say before you have logged much. Tapping "spot on" or "actually, I feel..." helps it learn what fits you.

Why are my patterns not showing yet?
Patterns get more reliable after about 21 days of logs. Triggers need at least five days of data before the app surfaces them, and cycle and medication patterns become trustworthy after a couple of months. The Insights and GP Report screens will show a "building your picture" banner until you cross the minimum.

How do I import a lab PDF?
Health tab → Labs → tap the import button → pick the PDF from Files or your photo library. The text is read on-device, sensitive identifiers like your name and date of birth are stripped before anything is sent for parsing, and only lab values come back into the app.

Apple Health is not syncing.
Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → Primrose & Eve, and confirm that the categories you want (cycle, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, wrist temperature) are turned on. If they were already on, toggle them off and back on, then relaunch the app. HealthKit can be slow to deliver historical data the first time.

Is the app really free now?
Yes. Primrose & Eve is free, with no subscription and no paywall. Insights, your patterns, and your Doctor's Report are all included. If you subscribed under an earlier version, you keep everything and lose no access by cancelling.

How do I cancel a subscription from an earlier version?
The app is free, so there is nothing new to subscribe to. If you hold a subscription from an earlier version, it is billed by Apple: open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Primrose & Eve, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep full access to the app either way.

How do I delete my data?
Settings → Your Data → "Delete data on this device" removes all your logs, check-ins, medications, lab results, cycle entries, provider visits, and custom symptoms from this device. Your profile and account stay, and deletions sync to your iCloud over time. To remove everything, including your profile and your iCloud data, go to Settings → Account → "Delete Account". This wipes your iCloud data first, then your device, and signs you out. There is no recovery. Export a copy first from Settings → Your Data → "Export My Data (JSON)".

Is my data private?
Yes. Your logs, check-ins, cycle, medications, labs, and symptom notes live on your device and sync only to your own private iCloud. We do not run servers that store any of it. The lab-parsing and Smart Report features briefly send aggregated data for processing, with identifiers stripped on-device first. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

What is a Smart Report?
The Doctor's Report is the document you can share with your doctor. It pulls together your symptom patterns, trigger correlations, Apple Health signals, cycle-linked effects, and medication-response analysis, and turns them into a structured PDF. You can preview it in the app and share or print it directly. The report is free and unlimited. Two of its sections, a short read on possible drivers and suggested questions for your doctor, are written with AI assistance and are available once per device.

How accurate is the Smart Report?
The report reflects what you have logged. The math is real (chi-square tests with false discovery rate correction, the same statistical thresholds used in clinical research), but the inputs are self-reported. The report is a starting point for a conversation with your doctor, not a clinical assessment.

Can I use Primrose & Eve on iPad?
Not at launch. The app is iPhone-only for v1. Adding a proper iPad experience is on the roadmap.

I have a feature suggestion or a bug to report.
Send it to contact@quarteraisolutions.com. We read every email and most of what we build next is shaped by what real users tell us.

What we cannot help with

We cannot interpret your lab values, advise on whether to start or stop a medication, or assess whether your symptoms indicate a specific condition. Primrose & Eve is a tool for organizing what you experience and preparing for medical appointments. Clinical questions need to go to a qualified healthcare provider.

If you are having a medical emergency, do not email us. Call your local emergency number.
